Our Training concept is a unique blend and style of resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, and nutritional planning that produces the most dramatic results seen with any personal training program.  

For those of you who have been frustrated or disappointed with in-house personal training programs like those found at most large chain gyms, Slim Body Fitness is what  you have been looking for.

In home personal training is available in most of  LA and all of San Fernando Valley.  
ALL Personal training Programs include initial assessment, a review of your personal fitness goals, Body Mass Index (BMI calculation), personalized workout plan, and a Nutrition guide. Each workout will last 1 hour.

Online Training Program is available to anyone who has access to the internet.
We will go over your goals write down a plan and check in with you every two weeks.

If you want to workout with others then group training is for you.  Working out with a small group of people will allow you to save money while challenging others.
