Our 21 Day health challenge is designed to help you…


  • Lose Body Fat, strengthen, tone, and condition your entire body
  • Develop balanced, healthy lifestyle habits
  • Set challenging, yet attainable individual goals 
  • Work closely with our Fitness Coaches for mentoring, motivation, nutritional guidance, and health and workout tips.

    No Dairy (if you are already dairy Free then choose something that you know in your heart isn’t healthy for you and stay away from it)


     No alcohol (if you have a bad day and drink it’s not the end of the world or doesn’t mean you will lose. Don’t be hard on yourself)

    It’s a points system I will have an interactive Google spreadsheet that will hold us accountable...

    Important Dates:

    • All individuals must be registered no later than May 15.

    Orientation:  May 14 7:30pm at Slim Body Fitness

     Individuals will have from May 11-15th to Complete Registration.

    Start Date: May 15th.


    Last Day of Challenge: June 4th

    How do I WIN:

    Earn Points during the challenge by checking in losing inches /weight (those who want to lose inches and weight) 

    For those who want to gain muscle and strength you will earn points by doing our strength test and when you gain muscle/inches.


    We will rally up points most points win.
